LINGUINI FRUTA DI MARE
2 Lobster tails - cut in
1 lb. large shrimp
l/2 lb. scallops
1 medium onion
2 crushed cloves of garlic
6-8 mushroom slices
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Lb. Linguini
1 can spaghetti sauce
Cook linguini, drain and put in pot of cold water so it does not stick.
In skillet, heat oil, add garlic and before it browns add the seafood. When
seafood turns white (approx. 5 minutes) drain and add onions, mushroom and
sauce. Add more oil. Serve very hot over linguini.
Serve with garlic bread and tossed greens.
