Conch Salad
2 cups chopped conch meat
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
1/4 cup lime juice
V8 juice
1/2 Cup chopped onions
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup tabasco sauce
seasoned salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Add enough V8 juice to bring layer
of juice to just below surface of mixture. Combine rest of ingredients and
marinade at least 2 to 3 hours before serving.
